After placing an order for a roast beef sandwich, my husband requested that it not be toasted. After completing the order, he saw her placing it in an oven and told her once again that we did not want it toasted. The female employee replied that she was not toasting it. The sandwich arrived at home toasted. We will not be back to this location, ever!
The ladies working tonight were very friendly and quick! They made i believe the best sandwich I have ever gotten at a jimmy John’s. Thanks!😊
Since this location reopened I have not had a bad experience. Food is always ready for me, always delicious, and the staff has always been pleasant. 10/10
