Ordered a catering order 4 days in advance. It was 2 of the 30 1/3 sandwiches. Pick up window 10:45-11. Arrived little after 11 and they hadn’t even begun the order. Took 30 minutes of waiting for it. Not only did we leave work on lunch to get the order, but it’s for a group lunch and it is now really late. Had an awful experience. Posted a review and the Jimmy John’s posted how to submit a form. I did that almost 3 weeks ago. No one responds or contacts me. It’s a horrible way to run a business.

Shania made the BEST sandwiches we'd ever had at any Jimmie John's before. One was a toasted sandwich and one was a lettuce wrap....AMAZING!!!! She was very sweet as well!!!! Every Jimmy John's needs a Shania!!!! This store was in Columbus, GA. Our Jimmie John's in Foley, AL sucks!
