Thought a Cuban sandwich would be smashed/grilled, but not so. Staff was great and facility just fine.
I order from this location at least once a week whether it's delivery, online/pick up, or I just walk in & order. They're ALWAYS working hard, I never have any issues with my orders & every team member always provides great customer service. Thank you!
This is by far the worst run jimmy johns I've ever been to, which is very unfortunate because its the only one in the delivery range. I've ordered from them multiple times and every single time they haven't been able to get my order correct; missing chips, no drink, no sauce that I specifically requested on the ticket. the final straw was that I ordered the same sandwich I always do and I got what I can only assume was someone else's sandwich after which I made a note on the ticket to tip the driver in cash if the order was ... read more
