Nathanial and another man at 5:20 pm helped me and was very polite and patient when it took me longer to order as I originally planned to go to another place to get food but ended up here and was delightfully surprised with the customer service and the food. They were playing bangers too they know their cheese 🧀 overall great guys working, give them a raise!!
Excellent customer service, Nathaniel was very helpful, plus the new pizza sandwiches are fire.The atmosphere was welcoming and they were playing jams anyone could enjoy. 👌
We did an online order a couple days ago. One was for a pepperoni sub and the other was the toasted ultimate italian. But my fiance does not like ham, so shortly after placing the order I walked in the store and asked them if they could leave the ham off and replace it with the capacola. The employee said they have to charge me for substitution of the meat. Love that you can order ahead!
Service was awesome, the food was excellent, far better than Jersey Mike's by far I ate at the week prior.... I just went to the other Jimmy John's down the street North Lancaster and just amazing best sandwiches in my opinion then any other sandwich place or restaurant even.... Yum wish they would open one in Monmouth Oregon!!
