Never got served! Waited in drive through for 30 minutes and then were not greeted or serviced. They only took our order. Many other went in and the orders were taken. What is the problem with this. Loved me some Jimmy John but this is the second time in a row I have had problems! I am going to have to scratch JJ off my list!

I love their sandwiches, but I was very disappointed to find out that they don't deliver to my apartment despite the fact that it's just 3 miles away.
Second review. This time they told me before ordering that it would be a 10-15 min wait for the bread to cool. Seems like they ought to be able to plan how much bread they’re gonna need for a Sunday lunch rush. We ordered anyway and paid. Accuracy is fine and the two they spoke to use were professional and polite enough. Still trash on the floor like the photo posted last time but better than last time.
