Always friendly! Good service, good food!
Food is good when made correctly, usually forgets my cheese. What I’m most upset about is the delivery time, I’ve ordered delivery from here 4 times. 3 of 4 times it was an hour delivery time, thought yall were freaky fast with delivery?
I asked for a number #4 Giant size. The person taking my order and serving. My food was not overtly pleasant comma however was not rude, neither. He grabbed the red to cut for my sandwich and the bread dropped. He was able to stop it from falling on the floor by kicking it back into his hand. I looked at him puzzled when he put it back on the speed rack. I am concerned that he may take that when no one is looking and serve it. I hope I am wrong. He gave me a fresh bread and completed my order.
Ordered delivery and they switched my order to Uber Eats, would have picked up myself instead. No warning or other options available.
Received a voicemail that said the charge on my order was incorrect and would be more when I picked up. I called to cancel my order and get a refund if they weren't going to honor the pricing online. The employee told me my order was done and ready for pick up at no extra charge. Drove 25 minutes to pick up and was told they never made my order but will make it now with additional charges! What a joke...
