Ordered take out. Was assured everything was in the bag I ordered and they forgot my chip. Very disappointed.
I had my lunch delivered so not sure about service and the atmosphere. I asked for no basil and pepper and it had both.. had to go in the garbage.. no lunch for me.. yeah.
Had my partner go through the drive thru to pick up a couple of the sub deals. Ordered a Vito that’s supposed to come with vinegar. Sub contained none so I called and was answered by Lolli, I’m assuming one of the managers. She handled my concern with what can be described as skepticism like the experience never happened.
