Ordered two subs and chips, did not receive my chips.. sandwiches were heavily lacking flavor.
This has yet to be the worst experience at a Jimmy John’s. The cashier that helped my mom and I, had such horrible customer service skills. She had such a rude tone with us, I felt racially discriminated. This cashier was white and my mom and I are brown (Mexican). The reason why I feel it was discrimination is because after we ordered, another party came in, and these individuals were also white and the cashier had a completely different attitude with them, she was way more friendly than she was with us.
