Ordered a lettuce wrapped sandwich with a few modifications online, received a sandwich on bread but with the other mods applied. So they'll read some of the requests but not all of them!

We ordered catering from Jimmy John’s for about 500 guests for 2 days, they have been nothing but amazing. Their manager Cesar took care of us from the day we ordered, he noticed every detail and made it a smooth and stress-free experience. All the sandwiches were delivered ahead of schedule time, everything clearly labeled. Staff who delivered were extremely nice and friendly, they made sure we had everything we needed. I would give them 6 stars if that were an option!
Placed an order over an hour ago noones showed up no phone call nothing called them back and it goes to voicemail what the helly jimmy johns???
