I went to pick up the sandwich I ordered online & asked if there was a napkin in the bag. The smart ass kid (blonde curly haired kid) said "you didn't say you wanted a napkin when you ordered". I went online to look because I didn't remember seeing an option for a napkin. Just as I thought, there isn't an option to select a napkin. Is it really a big deal to get a napkin with my sandwich? Could he have said "no, would you like one?" Kind of rude if you ask me.
5 stars!! Ive dealt with some frustrations at other Jimmy John’s locations but the experience I had either was 2nd to none. Never met a staff that was so welcoming and excited to be there. Brett in particular greeted me and my wife, and confirmed everything we ordered, and my wife is VERY particular on her order being correct.
