They’re using Uber to deliver the food. This was 7 minutes away from us but with a 3rd party delivery it took 45 minutes. They should let you know when you choose delivery this is what they’re going to do.
I can't really give a fair rating on atmosphere since both my orders were online. However service i gave 3 because last time I ordered the jimmy johns delivery person was very kind and apologized for being late but the 2nd time I ordered my food was over 20 min late both toasted subs were cold. The delivery person im assuming was 3rd patty, didn't even follow deli very instructions.i live in a complex and there are punk kids who take door dash and other deliveries off the front.
