Great service mary was amazing
I’ve given this location chance after chance because I genuinely like Jimmy John’s, but the service has gone downhill. Since they seem to have new employees taking orders over the phone, my orders are almost always incorrect. I’d estimate they’ve gotten around 20 of my orders wrong over time. The biggest issue is that I always make it very clear that one of the sandwiches is for someone with food allergies, and I carefully explain exactly what should and shouldn’t be on it.
