Incredibly incompetent staff here, placed a scheduled order for 12 and they opened at 1030, thats an hour and a half to look at our order and prepare it, instead the kid starts the order at 12 when it was supposed to be delivered already and realizes he doesnt have bread, (How does it take that long to realize you have no bread at a sandwich business). Just ordered a sandwich from Jimmy John's and it had plastic in. Tried to call them back and let them know and they hung up on me
The sandwich is always good but the customer service and delivery stinks. It went from freaky fast to super slow. I ordered a sandwich today and that was told would make it to me in 15 minutes and I end up waiting 45 min. Very disappointed. I end up taking it home because it wasn’t here when it was time for my lunch.
