Quick and friendly service. The lettuce wrap is a great alternative.
First and last time at Jimmy's johns. Nowhere near the topping of subway. They put cold bacon on your sandwich. I order a Cuban meat and cheese only expecting to get a hot sandwich. Instead cold and when ask to heat. No, we don't know how to do it and we already gave you your food. The food literally was just went from their hand to mine then I asked it to be heat when I felt it ice cold. Save your money go to subway more toppings more meat on your sandwich and better price
Unfortunately, our experience at the Jimmy John's in Hiram was really disappointing. The same lady who took our order also made our sandwiches, and even though we clearly asked multiple times not to have mayonnaise, it was still on there, mixed in with the lettuce and cheese so it wasn’t obvious until you took a bite. We also ordered a jug of pickles that had no juice, so they were already drying out. This place is amazing I ordered 2 giants and 2 toasted sandwiches. 1 veggie unwich. For my last minute group order. Everything was correct fresh and ready for pick up!!
