I decided at 9:40am that I wanted to eat at Jimmy John's I went on to the website and it said they open at 10:30 so I call at 10: 30am to order my food and now its 11:35 am and no one answers the phone. I remember they would answer the phone take your order and deliver it. Doesn't seem like they do that anymore.

Also slacking on the vegetables, where are the vegetables? I even added extra vegetables.... Not worth the money. Better to make your own.
Recently, today, ordered $50 worth, of, apparently, 2 sandwich. Bread, day old at best. DO NOT ORDER HERE.
We ordered 4 sandwiches. We got 3, we Got the sides and the drink, missing the sandwich. Jj used to deliver quickly this order took 45 minutes. The other sandwiches are not as we ordered them. Cheese missing, tomatoes on the sub that shouldn’t be etc. This is not the first time this location has messed up our order. We spent $90 on subs for them to be wrong.
