On a 10 hour drive, I thought my family and I would stop for a quick meal halfway through. It was busy and took about 15 minutes to get our sandwiches, which would be fine except I'm so used to Jimmy John's being freaky fast. I ordered delivery for lunch today. There was a pretty big error with my order. I called the location and the staff worked with me to identify the problem. They then quickly arranged for a driver to deliver my correct order with no additional fee. Thanks!
