On a 10 hour drive, I thought my family and I would stop for a quick meal halfway through. It was busy and took about 15 minutes to get our sandwiches, which would be fine except I'm so used to Jimmy John's being freaky fast. The server then called out a sandwich several times, but I was busy with my baby. I ordered delivery for lunch today. There was a pretty big error with my order. I called the location and the staff worked with me to identify the problem. They then quickly arranged for a driver to deliver my correct order with no additional fee. Thanks!
Absolutely, most definitely, NOT FREAKY FAST! Their drive thru time is ridiculous. 14 min from "pull ahead" until I got to the window. Let's not get into the tall guy with a beard making sandwiches while NOT wearing a beard net.
