Stood around for 10 minutes without anyone attending to us. Looked like managers were inside installing TVs instead of helping out their staff with food during lunch rush. Overall I think Jimmy Johns quality has fallen off a cliff.
I’ve been going to this Jimmy John’s for many years, but in the past month service has dropped significantly. Very slow, Unpleasant staff, can’t get orders right. I will not be coming back anytime soon.
Slowest Jimmy John's I've ever visited. 10 minutes for one sandwich
Terrible experience. Accidentally went here instead of a different sub shop and should have just turned around and left. Took 15 min just to get 2 subs ordered, and they couldn't even figure out the addition of a drink and chips combo to a sub. The subs were not even fully packed for the 25 min we waited for them to be made, and we couldn't actually even eat them because of schedule constraints we had to wait to consume them.
