Sandwiches are good and made fast, but are never made with customizations. They are always ignored. I get lunch here almost always once a week and I've never gotten the correct thing. Won't add pickles or swap condiments etc
I ordered Ultimate Toasted Italian sub, add hot peppers. I got a cold, untoasted sub with no bacon or hot peppers and only one type of cheese, menu states 2. It is less than 6" long. Unbelievable that you charge 12.48 for this!
Jimmy John's sandwiches are so good! The bread is always fresh and delicious, and they put enough meat, cheese, and topping items in the sandwich so that I don't have just bread left at the end of the bun. The service has been polite and friendly. The only negative: It was really cold in there today, so we brought in our long sleeved shirts.
