The owner, Kelly, literally tells his staff to put back whatever ingredients a sandwich had back into the line if it was not picked up or delivered. They don't care about people's health or people's satisfaction it's all about saving pennies wherever they can. Absolutely disgusting environment, never fully clean, wouldn't eat here if you payed me
The staff here do a great job. I come here a lot around lunch time and the gentleman usually making the sandwiches remembers my order, but always asks to confirm. Quality service.
This is only one star because that the lowest it goes... Absolutely terrible experience with this Jimmy Johns, and Jimmy Johns is usually one of my favorite place to eat. Two delivery drivers that apparently can't use google maps to follow an address or a pin, and they even had a chance to make the sandwich in person when I went up there to get it because the driver couldn't find the building for an hour and a half.
