I’ve been eating Jimmy John’s for over 10 years, and I’m honestly sad to see how much things have changed. I remember their sandwiches being fresh, generously portioned, and packed with great ingredients (and those alfalfa sprouts!). I recently tried the $6 sub of the day expecting a decent-sized sandwich, but it was very small and thin. The ingredients were good, but definitely not worth $6. We came in just about 30 minutes before closing and the young man Octavian (maybe) was working alone. He was a Rockstar. He took our order and made all our sandwiches quickly with great care. He was so kind, professional, and did a great job. I hope his supervisor will commend him.
The bread on my sandwich was not fresh. It tasted like day old bread. Disappointing
