Jimmy John's has truly surprised me with their new toasted menu. I was never a big fan before, but the changes they've made really turned things around. I had the Toasted Ultimate Italian with a little bit of ranch and Kickin’ Ranch, and it hit all the right notes. The sandwich was fresh, full of flavor, and just the right size to satisfy my appetite.
Steven is there working his butt off alone… on a holiday. Being someone in retail, when people call off on days like this, it hits us hard individually, because now he has to deal with the flow on a holiday alone. As a company I hope you recognize him for his hard work. It’s really easy to get frustrated & overwhelmed in situations like that, Steven made my food neat & delicious despite the rush of people he’s juggling.
