kind people, but this place is the slowest jimmy john’s i have ever been too, and am a frequent customer. i thought maybe it was just an understaff issue. but it’s been 2 years. i do mobile pickup and still am in the drive through for al least 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead.
I endulged a little and got a Club Tuna #15, the endulgemednt kicked on with the bread instead of having it wrapped in lettuce. Thank You Jimmy John's for welcoming me and showing me it's OK to treat myself.
Placed delivery order that never came. Called the store and they said they don't have the order despite my card being charged for it, and said I could either re-order (pay again), or come in to the store to get store credit. I just wanted a refund since my lunch break had come and gone at that point.
