Sandwich was the size of the little john. Not the size of other stores. Staff very loud talking about world burning up. One worker saying she was hungry and oh, I can take another pill VERY loud. Worst experience at a Jimmy John's. Needs better management!!!
Service wasn’t great. Sandwiches very bland. Somebody with Paralysis and missing a left leg woulda done better. Just saying.
This is broken into two parts from two different experiences at two different times of the day. Decided to try it to see for myself if the other reviews were true. Day 1 (Morning) Ordered on the app for pickup. Got a Jimmy Cubano and customized it with tomatoes, Jimmy Peppers, and onions. Sandwich was made strangely fast, so that was off putting. Opened the sandwich, and it was a basic Jimmy Cubano. No extras, almost as if their brain is hard-wired to only make sandwiches as a default, and not with customization. Im glad i d... read more
