Listen, I usually don’t have a problem with this location. But I did today. Pay better attention to your orders. I ordered 2 sandwiches, one was made right. The other was just supposed to be turkey, cheese and mayo. They put extra stuff on it, went back and asked them to redo it, and they still didn’t get it right. They just gave us turkey and bacon. No cheese or mayo anywhere in sight. I was also supposed to receive a brownie and I did not.
Ordered one sandwich for delivery.. tracked it 25 minutes later and they hadn't started making it. So I called, they said it was next out the door. (I work 4 blocks away) track it and it says out for delivery.. 25 minutes of me standing outside waiting and it shows up. An hour for 1 sandwich is not freaky fast..
The evening crew working on 6/3/25 were extremely rude. Absolutely no customer service :/ Not impressed.
