Service was perfectly accommodating. Ai recommended sandwiches to be free of anything that harbors humidity: tomatoes, lettuce, sauces, and condiments. Wrap tightly and ONLY in Saran/plastic, AND LEAVE THIS ALL TO THE SMILING EMPLOYEES. Picnic 36 hrs. Later. Fresh & Dry!!!!!
I used Jimmy John's for a business Lunch presentation. I worked with Zachery for my order. Zachery was excellent and assisted me greatly in getting together my order and having enough food and the appropriate food choices. He put together my order and it was ready when I came to pick it up. The meeting was a great success in large part because of the professional way Zachery took care of me. (The food was tasty too) I highly recommend Zachery and Jimmy John's in Durango!
Very clean and quiet.
This is specifically for sunday 7/27/25. I eat at this location regularly, and this sandwich was the best one they’ve ever made. Whomever was working this day, deserves a raise.
Amazing service, no complaints at all service was also very fast.
