How do you run out of bread at a sub shop?
Disappointed. We ordered online and it was about 8 minutes before we went in. The place was empty and the employees didn't seem busy. But they said they didn't have our food even started when I asked. Then I had to wait another 12 minutes before they finished 2 sandwiches. And they ignored ALL of our sandwich customizations. Employees need serious training if the owner of this Jimmy John's location wants it to survive.
