Extremely busy when I came through. Was in line in the drive thru for a good 20 mins plus and when getting to the window order was there and bagged. They Did not follow my sandwich customizations as pre ordered on the app like slicing in half or adding napkins and silverwear or the condiments and even did not take off and put on the ingredients requested and paid for. Update: 7/27/25 tried Jimmy John’s today. Ordered the tuna slim. Received a lot of bread and a tiny amount of tuna. Sure didn’t look like your pic. Dear Jimmy John’s, how do I order my sandwich so it will look like your pic??? This is consistently one of the worst Jimmy John stores. Staff is lazy, and clearly exhibiting the same attitude as owner & management. Spent $20 on 2 sandwiches, no one took order, pulled to window, 4 people lollygagging around at 9pm, had to honk horn to get anyone’s attention to take my order. That ... read more
