Probably the worst Jimmys I’ve ever been to like it’s been consistently bad for years. My order is always wrong as you can see from me having to add my own jalapeños to a spicy Italian. Customer service is ALWAYSS terrible which is my reason for writing a review. I’ve tried to get delivery instead in the past but since I put no tip on the order they put “wow” on the ticket. I clearly didn’t tip for a reason given my experience, I already let management know about this and they couldn’t be bothered. Just go to a different one... read more

Walked in and someone was standing at the register and she didn't even say a word. Then they got my order incorrect twice. Then they were sarcastic when I left....
