Really unfortunate experience this evening. I am 38 weeks pregnant and went into the store excited to get a toasted sandwich only to be told they will only toast specific sandwiches and won’t toast others because of the ingredients… Which is odd, because I have received a toasted sub from a different Jimmy John’s location ordering the same sandwich, and would only ever want the meat and cheese to be toasted, the other ingredients to be added after the fact. Ordered chips, didn't get chips. This happens at least half the time. Since they use Uber eats to deliver absolutely nobody cares. Uber won't drive back and get the chips and Jimmy Johns won't get them to you. I don't want a credit, I want what I ordered... That's why I ordered it.
