Poor at best. The Neenah WI location should be shut down; at a minimum all employees need to re-do training. I waited 20min for 2 subs. I was the only customer in the store, but there were 3 employees there; the shift manager did absolutely NOTHING. The young lady with the "kitty cat" face paint (that calls herself a shift manager) needs to be fired. I felt so disrespected by her lack of attempt to assist the struggling trainee (who appeared to be strung out) make my order...I will not go back to this location.
I just like their subs
Their service sucks. I have autism and severe anxiety with severe panic attacks that can sometimes make me faint. I came in with my service dog and he is training in real time environments right now so he doesn’t have his vest on because it doesn’t quite fit him yet. They said I couldn’t have my dog in there and I said he’s a service dog you can’t deny him and they said still he’s not allowed in here, I then said I was reporting her to hr and that by law she can’t ask me about it unless she is the manager and she can’t legal... read more
