Ordered food for delivery. Took over an hour to arrive. Called the store to inquire and was told they don’t have a delivery driver after 6pm. They us Uber Eats in the evening.
Ordered on the app for delivery. After waiting 35 minutes with no change in the tracking, I called and was told they had no drivers and were using door dash to cover. Food finally arrived another 20 minutes later. Same thing just happened again, but this time they're using Uber drivers.
Typical JJ's with fast carry out service. Good selection of subs. Earn and use rewards.
I was very disappointed....I was in there last night & ordered one of your slims, I got chicken on it, it looked like someone chewed it up & spit what little there was on the bun, I realize it's a slim, but seriously....for what I payed, I expected more! I've always had good service here so I don't know, definitely never ordering one of those again!
Good service, good atmosphere, and the sandwich was delicious.
