The “general manager” here was so rude. He should not be in customer service. Pasta tasted old
Would not recommend ordering from this location. Placed an order for delivery and the sandwich was super soggy, they did not include a straw with the drink, and they followed zero instructions included with my order (not cut in half, no napkins, no mayo packets). When I called to let them know, the manager basically said 'sorry oh well' and that there is nothing they can do. Starting to get annoyed here, I've had some food meals from here, but I work long shifts as a nurse. Now all of the sudden, I'm home at 7pm and it's said on 3 occasions now that they aren't available for delivery even though they are open until 9pm. The parking there is terrible. If this keeps up don't know if I'll get them again.
manager was kind of douchey to the employees while I was there
I walked 6 miles here and they were closed. It’s 5:20 pm on Saturday and both Google and their own website say the restaurant is open. So disappointing and a waste of my time.
