Of our last 3 online orders, they've only gotten 1 correct. Our order today, they missed adding salami - which we paid for on a 16- We're too busy to call to ask for it, so we just took the loss on it but it just sucks not knowing if we're going to get what we ordered.
Placed a delivery order online, half my order was missing. I called the store, they said they’d send it back out. It took almost 40 minutes and another call, where they said they’d said the driver would be there any minute and they were to drop the missing sandwiches off first before any other orders. Cue waiting 15 more minutes, no knock, only reason I knew it was out there was because the driver loudly slammed it into the door. I ordered DoorDash and one my bag was never sealed. My food can be tampered with like ? Staple the bag shut next time. And my food was nasty regardless
