Of our last 3 online orders, they've only gotten 1 correct. Our order today, they missed adding salami - which we paid for on a 16- We're too busy to call to ask for it, so we just took the loss on it but it just sucks not knowing if we're going to get what we ordered.
Placed a delivery order online, half my order was missing. I called the store, they said they’d send it back out. It took almost 40 minutes and another call, where they said they’d said the driver would be there any minute and they were to drop the missing sandwiches off first before any other orders. I ordered DoorDash and one my bag was never sealed. My food can be tampered with like ? Staple the bag shut next time. And my food was nasty regardless
A few weeks ago I went to pick up my order about 30 minutes after ordering, and when I got there they still had not started my order. When the manager while doing dishes over an hour before close finally asked the employee to finish the order, the employee stood on his phone in the middle of the floor while I waited continued to wait for my order.
