Maybe turn down the obnoxious music so your employees can hear well enough to take orders. I asked for extra lettuce, somehow got "E-Z" lettuce? Basically two pieces of shoe string lettuce on my sandwich. What the hell is the point of "E-Z" lettuce? Why wouldn't I just order a sandwich with NO lettuce??? I asked for Jimmy peppers there was literally two peppers. I asked for onions there was about three onion rings. I do not understand the stinginess with the veggies at Jimmy John's. I would give them no stars they really suck I've been waiting for my order for 1 hour and 30 minutes and still have not gotten shit
