5 rating. The environment here was super chill and both of the girls that were working here were sweet, kind, and respectful. My sandwich and my brownie were both ON POINT, and the entire restaurant was well stocked and CLEAN. It smelled nice, had the perfect indoor temperature, and the music sound level was also at the perfect level too. Would recommend! The atmosphere here always had a cool vibe to it too.
I just made a delivery order and not only was my bread soggy ,food was made wrong and the delivery driver couldn’t reach me so rather than call the store to see which apartment it was she left it by the mailbox in this hot weather!!!!! To top I called and spoke to the manager and he stated he cannot credit my order !!! That their system doesn’t always put down which apartment!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! I don’t recommend this place which sucks I love me some jimmy johns!!!!

I've ordered from here so many times in the past and always got a good sandwich delivered fast. But today my sandwich, an 8 inch sub, had literally two thin slices of turkey on it. It wasn't layered like in the photos, it wasn't even enough meat to cover the bun in one layer of meat from end to end! I see other reviewers recently have had the same experience so it seems they've done some cutting back. Definitely lost a customer over this.
