Service has become slow, attention to orders not there any more. When ordering extra of anything just seems they charge for it and don't add any. Use to love JJ but now it's just subway with wheels. Ordinary subs with low customer service. Update tried giving another chance over an hour for deliver a mile away. Excuses of drivers calling out. That excuse doesn't work anymore. Jimmy johns slogan shouldn't be freaky fast anymore. Super slow and excuses to get us by.
Very poorly ran and full of excuses !
A+ The signs on the wall are hilarious and the food always comes out fast.
