Not sure who was “in charge” tonight,” but they don’t seem to care about their job. I went to JJ school. Opened the Carroll JJs as the GM. Would never have answered the phone the way this guy did. I was missing paid extra ingredients on my Sammie’s tonight. He told me he “didn’t care.” Direct quote (second call). I get that he’s closed. I’m not looking for a replacement. But he was an ass. Wife and i decided to grab a couple sandwiches before heading home tonight. The staff was extremely friendly and polite! We were blown away. We were only in the store for a few minutes, but those kids were amazing! We’ll definitely stop again.
I go to Jimmy John’s often but I had never been to this location before. I always get the same sandwich every time. Well, this location by far the best Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had! My sandwich was full and the employees were amazing! This location is where I will be going when I want Jimmy John’s! Thank you!!!!!
