Jimmy John's... It is time for a personnel change! You are employing an absolute monster at your store. I have NEVER been so embarrassed for another employee, ever! The man pictured was repeatedly demeaning, losing his patience with, and unnecessarily lecturing his poor partner, a sweet young lady.
