Just ordered a giant sub from the Gaylord location. I asked for 2 sides on the side of sauce. The same amount of sauce that they would put on the sandwich if I was in the store. Then they tried to charge me a $1.50 per side of sauce which is free because I purchased a sandwich. I won't be going back to this location. So in the end, after my sub was made, the staff there ate the sub, threw it back in with the rest of condiments and meat or they threw it away. Either way thats a negative for the company. I ordered online for pickup through the drive through. They had it prepared as soon as I pulled in and the order was perfect! The staff was very friendly and kind!
