Acting like it's an inconvenience to make my food the way I ask and paid for it is unacceptable.
So so so mad. I got in an accident yesterday, and haven’t been able to get out of bed. I was craving a turkey wrap from jimmy johns. My husband brought it home and there was ONE THIN piece of turkey on the entire wrap. I thought it was a veggie wrap until half way through I saw the thinnest little piece towards the middle!
I used their pick up window this trip, always a great sandwich served by a great crew, keep up the great job, JJ!
We love Jimmy John's, especially this location. We eat here almost every Saturday evening after church. The food is always good, and the service is top-notch. Amber and Hannah are the best!
Chris the GM resolved an issue with an order for my friend Brittany and it was not his or the stores fault. It was a delivery issue from 3rd party. He went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. Top notch customer service!
