Amazing service and great food!
Ordered a toasted Italian sub which comes with bacon "untoasted". Was told that JJ policy is that a toasted sub can only come toasted. I asked is it the same bread and was told yes. So JJ says its toasted take it or leave it. BAD company service to tell customer, you can only have it OUR WAY. Screw you Jimmy Johns, I am the customer. I was walking out angry and the Employee Eric, stopped me and said he would make it right and He Did. Eric was very professional, helpful and Friendly. The 5 Stars is for Eric.... Not JJ's
