I ordered my food at 12:25pm it showed on the app received order at store it’s now 1:23pm and my food still hasn’t arrived I have never been so disappointed with Jimmy John’s I wish they would let you know that they are busy instead of wasting peoples money

Went here last week because it's close by my house. I asked if they are still offering the make your sandwich a combo after 2pm, the guy told me no and I'm not sure why everyone keep coming here asking that. I said well a email was sent to me on Jan. 16th, he said oh well I'm sorry that ended last month and not sure why you got that email.
