They never get my order right. As a former employee, I try to be as specific and clear as possible and yet they always get my order wrong. I disgusted at this point. Yesterday evening I made a big order, 4 hunters club with x mayo and some freebees and I get all plain clubs with lite mayo and nothing added.
I got the midnight Italian and it was great as is. Didn't modify it. The bread was great as well.
Customer Beware - Jimmy John’s, Merchant Plaza, Lake Ridge, VA. I ordered a sandwich there and the sandwich maker did not remove the wax paper around the meat before serving. I was half way into my sandwich before noticing the wax paper. I told the server that I just ingested wax paper and I got a very flippant and care free response.
