They messed up my order and, instead of giving me two sides of Kickin Ranch like I asked, they completely drenched the sandwiches in it. When I talked to the manager, he just said that’s what they heard. Overall, really poor customer service and even worse execution
Went in and employee got out of car talking on phone and followed me in. Ask for tuna and was told none was made yet.
Honestly awful experience. Being told to wait to order so they can play catch up like that's my problem but being attentive to other customers. How about the lack of food. 10+$ for a 8 inch piece of bread basically is wild. You need to get it together and Subway is way better after this crap. What a joke 🤣🤣🤣 not even enough meat to reach both sides
