I pulled up to the drive through and the kid that answered literally just stared at me with his mouth open for an uncomfortably long time, asked what I wanted… like I hadn’t already told them I had a mobile order at the speaker… went to the back without confirming my order or name or anything, told me they had 3 orders like it was MY FAULT, and then told me my sandwiches weren’t ready in the most unpleasant way possible. Leda s amazing they were so busy when we came in, and she was doing everything she could even with not having enough people on deck! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Hopefully they do more for the store though! Defiantly needs some upgrades.
I’m tired of coming here and them putting things on my sandwich that I specifically asked not to be on there. Some people have food allergies and can’t eat the food of those things get put on it. Your people need to pay attention to the tickets more. This is ridiculous.
