I stop at this Jimmy John’s fairly often, and I’ve noticed a recurring issue that really takes away from the customer experience. The employees regularly park in the front-row spots of this busy strip mall — sometimes even rotating vehicles to keep those spaces, which I witnessed today. It gives off a bit of an entitled vibe, and it’s frustrating to watch customers park farther away while the staff takes the most convenient spaces. The new toasted sandwich was nothing special. My choice was the 3 cheese, but all it had was cheese and red sauce from a bottle. Really an unnecessary sandwich.
