Horrific experience here. I truly love Jimmy Johns, and get it as my comfort meal. I endearingly call it Jimmy Jams to my husband who knows my love for these sandwiches. This location needs some help. I overheard a manager telling someone that the container of food they left out of the walk in fridge was “about to spoil at room temperature” but I’m wondering how long it was left out and if it should have been thrown away. Ordered 2 #9s neither sandwich was a #9 and one of them was REALLY bad. It tasted like burnt wood.
This is a great JJ location with super friendly employees. Everything is always super fresh and usually is ready super fast. Always seems clean inside as well.
