Places such a joke that lady on the line sneezed one day while I was in the drive-through didn’t change your gloves or nothing like that then the second time I come in this place there is hardly any tuna on my sandwich and I’m paying $15 for the damn thing So I will no longer be coming here
I ordered on the mobile app for a pick up order and it was ready promptly and accuracy through the drive through. It was delicious!!! It was a roast beef and turkey sandwich.
Increasing more disappointed with Jimmy John's. If you're going to charge almost $40 for two meals you have to get it right. It's annoying to pay that much and then have to drive all the way back to the store because the order was missing the cheese and bacon we paid extra for. Things like this happen more often than it should for how much they are charging. I've had times where deliveries were missing a sandwich (we only order two) or extras like chips/cookies/drinks.
