I have never had an experience at JJs like this before. I ordered delivery. I asked for potato salad and no tomatoes due to an allergy. I was given tomato and bow tie pesto. I called to get a refund just for the potato salad and was met with aggressiveness over the sandwich. I spoke to one person and then the woman who supposedly made the sandwich got on the phone to argue with me and tell me that she didn't make it that way and she knows she didnt. I am appalled that this is JJs these days. I worked there when there was only 1 locations, downtown, lines out north doors wrapped around the block for lunch, back when standards matter apparently. 1st issue- got my order and the sandwiches were made backwards. I did surgery and by the time I was done only half of my husband's sandwich would have been edible for him. I went to the drive thru on Wednesday at around 710pm and had a terrible experience the person taking our order was very rude while taking our order and the orders were made wrong I will not be coming back to this jimmy johns and nobody else should
