Without a lot of detail: On 28 August approximately 1:30 PM we went to this location. The skinny white young man that took our order literally had no personality or customer service skills. No acknowledging the customer, lots of negative attitude and the personality of cardboard. So let’s refer to him as “Mr. Personality” moving forward (but I digress). Moving on …. I eat at this Jimmy John’s several times a year and this is the first time I have had an issues with my order. I ordered a Chicken Cesar wrap with no tomato. I think since I asked for no tomato whoever made my wrap made the decision to add onion. I don’t like onion and didn’t know that I also had to say no onion since this wrap doesn’t call for onion according to their menu.
