Figure out your drive-thru. Was a 15min wait between ordering and getting our food at 11am. Other days its seconds. Can't count on going there with that much variance.

Food was fine but the service was awful. The employee who took our order was rude and kept talking over my husband while he was trying to order so most of it wasn't correct when we received it. She then had a crappy attitude and acted like it was his fault when he pointed it out and asked for it to be made correctly.

Got 2 sandwiches and both got messed got chicken ceaser wrap and it had no chicken which is insane and got a #17 and it was missing bacon and they added tomatoes when I said no tomatoes will never go to this Jimmy John's again almost $30 for 2 sandwiches and they can't even get it right

Been in the drive thru line for 25 minutes and still 2 cars away from ordering. What ever happened to “food so fast you’ll freak?” Too bad you can’t put zero stars. I’d say go to Goodcents across the street, but they take forever too.
