I have ordered a few time in the past 2 weeks and the subs have been good.
good food, good service, but you NEED to put more people on a shift, literally took 23 minutes to get a sandwich
Somehow, it feels like it's perpetually every person on the staff's first day on the job here. Disorganized, takes a long time, wrong sandwiches handed over, and I was the only customer in the store with 3 adults behind the counter. At this point it's a "shame on me" situation for coming back here.
Not Freaky Fast. Don't go after 8pm. Don't order near the end of the night. Tried to order ahead. No luck. Disorganized staff. Maybe everyone is new. One guy making sandwiches. One guy prepping for next day. One guy taking out trash. All of which are valid tasks but not when you are 15 orders deep. Bad customer experience.
