Normally have a pretty good experience at this location going through drive thru. Today I walked into the dining room to order instead though and the lady at the register didn’t smile at me, didn’t acknowledge me at all, just stared. Normally a “Hi” would be enough. So instead I smiled and said “Hi how are you doing today?” She didn’t even say “good how are you”. Took my order, never said thank you to me. She needs to work in her BASIC customer service skills. She’s blonde with curly long hair.

What's the point of having a 'customize' option when they don't put it on your sandwich anyway? This is the second time this has happened the past two times I've ordered from here. And I dont just add one extra thing. There are several - so when the order pops up or when the receipt prints, its all listed on there. What a joke. This place has gone downhill. Don't know about other locations, but 70th & A definitely has.

We were called liars over a pickle. They didn't cut our sandwiches no napkins no mustard packets and apparently the decided we wanted pickles instead of the chips we ordered and we didn't even get both. I have no reason to lie OVER A PICKLE. I tried the new pizza cheese sandwich I asked for light sauce they put sauce on both sides. I paid 1.20 for extra ham on another one of our sandwiches I got 3 pieces total. No napkins.
