Update: Not a good experience to say the least. Reason: sandwich was made incorrectly, they also gave me one small slice of turkey. And I had a bad interaction with an employee. Yeah- no. I have literally never experienced the attitude nor the lack of customer service at a Jimmy John’s til now. So here is the not so gist of why I’m frustrated. I asked them to cut the sandwich in half and they didn't. That is why I gave a 2 for service. This is not the first time this has happened.
