The gentleman with the dreads that made my Totally Tuna cut in half… Sandwich artist Customer service on point.
Watched 3 people come in and order and get their food before mine which was ordered online. Because I had to re-enter all my info on the app for some reason I checked with the manager to insure the order came thru. He confirmed the order was in and that's how I know mine was before the other 3 that ordered later. Had to ask how my order was coming along 10-15 minutes later. If that wasn't bad enough I found out it was more expensive to order at this location than ordering from the Hargis location. How is that possible? Freak... read more
40 minute wait for order pickup at a dead location. Only to get home and have the wrong sub. Not sure how you put tuna in there instead of the beach club but based on the other reviews, I expected too much. Location was clean, so thats a plus I guess?
Honestly terrible experience. A sandwich was made wrong and I brought it back to show the employee and ask for a remake. He physically opened the sandwich and said he doesn’t make mistakes. And then just said yep that’s Mayo (which I had asked for no Mayo). He then looked at me threw it in the garbage and made another one didn’t apologize. Then took his time making it and didn't attempt to hurry. I get it I came back close to closing time but having all the lights off too? Come one Jimmy John’s let’s try harder.
