Didn't expect to wait nearly an hour for a sandwich with no communication. Couldn't wait any longer. Never had such a bad experience for a fast food joint

I love Jimmy John’s, but this location is awful at delivering. I’ll order my lunch to work, and I won’t get it until 60-90 minutes later. Half the time my drink is spilled all over my cup and I never have a straw. All minor things if they happen once or twice even, but this happens EVERY time. I also almost always get the same delivery driver, and he is so rude.
The girls who were making sandwiches this afternoon know exactly how to make a good sandwich! Thank you for such great service!
