To have to order a sandwich over an hour before your lunch. Specially when you work 2 miles from them. I should've just gone there 🙄 Literally why I stopped ordering here for over a year. Then decided to try again, and I've had luck on a few orders where its been 30-40 minutes. JJs suggested I schedule an order. And I've done that and STILL showed up way later. Maybe you need to put a thing on your website saying "delivery takes 45 minutes".

Didn't expect to wait nearly an hour for a sandwich with no communication. Couldn't wait any longer. Never had such a bad experience for a fast food joint
