Love Jimmy Johns in Cottage Grove, although my biggest complaint was always cut my sandwich! Last year I placed a large order, had wrong date so cancelled and talked to employee. It was late at night and evidently they must have got busy and forgot. Supposedly cancelled. Even later added one more sandwich to another order for pick up. Went to pick up, just had one order. Wait for my food for over 25 minutes. It doesn't take 25 minutes to make one turkey sandwich.
every time i order here, y’all always screw up something. PLEASE cut our sandwich’s in half. like i get y’all lazy and prob hate ur job but COME ON. and stop forgetting about my sides. chips, cookie, pickle, etc… Y’ALL ALWAYS FORGET AND I PAY EXTRA FOR THAT. this is why i tip under 15%. you guys just do not care and that’s why y’all have 3.2 stars. 😭
