We ordered delivery, we have dietary restrictions so we ordered mayonnaise on the side and a few other changes which are available on their website. When the food arrived it was wrong. I contacted the store to ask that the amount of the sandwich that was not editable due to the above stated dietary restrictions be refunded. The apparent manager that I spoke to was very rude and would not do anything but a credit that I refused since we will no longer be ordering from them anymore. Idk what happened to freaky fast. The last 5 times I've come here it has taken 30 minutes to make the sandwich. This time the lady ahead of me canceled her sandwich, so the worker got rid of the lettuce on her sandwich and made my sandwich (with no lettuce) on her already cyclosporic bread. Unacceptable.
Never gets orders right
I need to know who the hiring manager is. Because 90% of the time my order is almost always wrong. I’m not understanding how difficult it is to read a printed out piece of paper of ingredients that you’d like on your sandwich and if you’d like it cut or not. When I walked in today to pick up my mobile order I had a feeling something would be wrong so I had to check in-store. Alas, it wasn’t cut as I specified.
