Extremely disappointing experience with this Jimmy John’s location. We placed a delivery order and waited nearly two hours before calling the store for an update. When we finally reached someone, we were told there was no delivery driver available. When we asked what would happen with our order, we were informed that it had been handed off to a random DoorDash driver without any communication or update provided to us. I ordered for delivery and waited almost 2 hours for my food to be delivered. When I called they offered for a credit for free sandwich. I live 5 minutes from the store and it took 25 min for delivery. Worst service!
