Always my go-to sandwich place wherever I am but especially North Zanesville. They've changed the menu some, but I can still get the Gargantuan, so I'm good.
It's a Jimmy John's. It served the purpose and sandwich were OK.
Honestly ruined my night. I was super excited to get jimmy’s again and they was charged for an extra sub, had both of my subs toasted without asking, and had them soak through the paper and the bag and cover my seat cover in whatever was leaking from them. I’m very disappointed and this was at Zanesvilles location.
We get Jimmy John's all the time, literally multiple times a month, and have never had an issue with the customer service until today. We live close to 20 miles away from the store, and my wife has an allergy to one of the ingredients that we asked them to remove. We got home and found that it not only had that ingredient but also other ingredients that we asked them not to put on.
