Placed an order for two sandwiches and while the food was great…one of my sandwiches didn’t have the avocado spread. Sucks that I paid extra for it and come to find out it wasn’t even on my sandwich.
My wife and I just had a baby, and she asked me to pick something up for her while we were at the hospital. Carson and Fetu took care of me, and they were fantastic. Super personable and genuinely kind. The experience was so memorable that I’d come back just because of them. When I asked how I could pass along a kudos to management so they could be recognized, they were incredibly humble about it and said not to worry, they were just glad to help. Five stars for these two.
Thought about giving more stars for how consistently they mess up orders. That takes real effort. This location has gone downhill the last couple of years. I have RARELY (once it was right) gotten my full order for delivery or pickup. Almost every single time something is missing. Im talking whole items not just a topping or two. It blows my mind that you can be that consistent in missing whole items. Definitely worse late afternooon to evening. Dont bother calling. You'll get told different things everytime.
