I ordered a sandwich meat ring on a Saturday for a event I was going to. I picked it up from the store. When I arrived the order was not quit ready. The woman finished up the order. I absolutely love Jimmy John’s. And this location made a great sandwich, but the service was terrible. The person who look my order, James, was not very nice. There was a young man in line in front of me looking for his pickup order, and James was so rude! He acted like the poor man was stupid for not knowing where to pick up his food. Very rude and this encounter made the service very unwelcoming.
