The older lady that picks up the calls is extremely disrespectful and has no place talking to customers over the phone. I placed an order and they never sent it to me. I completely forgot about it at the time because I was super busy at work. It depends on who's working, but tonight's Thursday night crew, hands down, made the best Jimmy John's sandwiches we've ever had. We go to a different Jimmy John's at least once a week, but this location crushed it tonight. Thanks, guys.
