The Jimmy John's in Rockville/North Behesda closed a years ago because of its poor location & horrific parking To my amazement I discovered Frederick has a Jimmy Johns..again with not the best location, but it's staff are mostly friendly & friendly/helpful especially the G.M. The older lady that picks up the calls is extremely disrespectful and has no place talking to customers over the phone. I placed an order and they never sent it to me. I completely forgot about it at the time because I was super busy at work. Jimmy John’s has done this multiple times in the past and they always called me to return my money but this time they didn’t and I didn’t call because I was busy. It depends on who's working, but tonight's Thursday night crew, hands down, made the best Jimmy John's sandwiches we've ever had. We go to a different Jimmy John's at least once a week, but this location crushed it tonight. Thanks, guys.
