Location has really gone downhill. Food no longer comes out freaky fast. Place looks understaffed and the quality of food is poor now

All these bad reviews, let me add another. Every time I’ve went to this place it’s a crapshoot on whether they will have bread or not. Last time they didn’t, I asked, how can you be a sandwich shop with no bread? The answer I received was “we have surges of orders” ok, understandable but why was bread not made when it started to get low!? You’re a sandwich shop, can’t have a sandwich without bread.
