I’ve been stopping at this location about once a week while in town for work over the past several months, and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing more often than not. As a longtime fan of Jimmy John’s, I expect consistency, but this location seems to struggle. The drive-thru service is very slow, and despite placing a simple, straightforward order, it’s incorrect more often than it’s right. Incredibly slow service every time. I even ordered ahead thinking it would help, it did not. Worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been to.
How do you make a chicken wrap and forget the chicken… I got this wrap as a reward for my birthday and they messed it up. I laughed it off.
