our bread for our sandwiches was burnt, literally almost black. actually unbelievable how bad this location is, lol.
Bread was harder than a rock and somehow completely out of napkins. I have been here more times than I can count and yet I have NOT ONCE received a good sandwich. DuPont location has never let me down and if your craving JJ drive the extra 10 min and don’t waste your time here.
Foods good, drive through service can be really slow especially if there's a line in the drive through but even if its just you it takes a minute.
UPDATE 5/20: I still haven’t received a refund. I received an email from the online form stating, “We have escalated all of your information to the ownership group of that store location and have asked that they get in contact with you.” I haven’t heard anything since. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! ORIGINAL COMPLAINT 5/14: The app sucks. How do I get a refund?????
