Great sandwiches and chips. Fast and friendly to a fault.
I went to try the new toasted sub picked the Italian and I grabbed a roast beef and they were fantastic. I shared them with my kids and they love them too.
My first impression of this place was not the best. We ordered the giant sub and they told us they couldn't toast the whole sub so they would have to cut it in half and toast separate which was fine but then we asked if we could only toast half and leave the other half cold and they for some reason refused to do that and said they had to toast both halves. Spent $55 at Jimmy John's on Cobb Pkwy. Ordered the #13 Jimmy Cubano and was HIGHLY disappointed. In fact I'm actually ticked off. I called because I thought they gave us the wrong sandwich. But NOPE! IT LITERALLY HAS 3 THIN SLICES OF HAM. Where's the meat? It doesn't look anything like the picture. It looks like the kids slim. Lacking and flat.
