It was super fast, fresh, and tasty
So I guess when you order your sandwich in the app, decide to make it a combo the whole entire sandwich that you just made dissappears. I modified the gargantuan sandwich and decided to make it a combo. No where in the app did it say that the sandwich essentially resets and you have to redo your modifications all over again. I got home and saw my sandwich the regular god awful sandwich. Horrible app. Won't be doing this again.

Originally posted to Jimmy John's feedback system, but the manager was so incredibly rude and dismissive, decided to post a review here as well. Sandwich was abnormally soggy, and it made the bread pretty disgusting. I didn't think much about it, sometimes you get a gross sandwich, but my partner was pretty upset and called the store to report it since we both had issues. The hours on the website state they’re open until 10pm. We drove out of our way to get there before closing. Arrived at 9:50pm and the 3 workers already had the lights off and door locked.
