Confirmed an order for 7 (30) piece party pack sandwiches for 9/13 at 2:30 pm for the EPHS Marching Band to feed 94 people for a competition. Called and sent tax exempt form on Friday so everyone was aware. Received a phone call at 2:30 pm on 9/13 (time sandwiches were supposed to be ready for pick up) letting us know sandwiches weren’t made and if we wanted them. Slowest jimmy johns in the world. Dont bother ordering online even if you are less than 5 minutes away from this location it will take at least an hour, first time ordering it took an hour and today i ordered again 30 minutes ago and still nothing no update no anything. Freaky slow is their slogan
20-30 minutes wait time per sandwich, even when ordering online.
One hour and twenty minutes is how long it took for my poorly made and (now) soggy sandwich to be delivered.
