This past Saturday, my 14 year old daughter and I stopped in mostly to use the bathroom, but ultimately grabbed a sandwich as well. The staff was so kind and the manager even complimented my quiet daughter on her hair which brought a huge smile. She couldn’t decide which sandwich, so the manager started asking questions and they came up with the right combination (sandwich was delicious). Haven't had a single issue with this place until today. I placed my order, hour and a half later I have no sandwich. Been told twice, 30 or so minutes apart, that the sandwich left a few minutes ago. Now it's finally arrived and I'm on the fence about eating it. Has it been sitting out for nearly two hours? In some guy's car? Looks like they're still gonna charge me for it, too. I'll try this place again, assuming today was the fluke.
Top notch crew working tonight! Shared a few laughs with the two gentleman working together. Really brightened my night running into those two!
Worst customer service of any Jimmy John's I've been to. Cashier refused to apply a rewards coupon because I "didn't tell him first". The cashier at the Wendys across the street was absolutely lovely.
