over 2 hours to deliver a sandwich to a place one mile away…. not sure how this is possible
Literally the slowest JJs and orders are always wrong. Won’t answer phone either to resolve issues.
They should not be allowed to use the franchise tagline “freaky fast”. Over an hour and a half to get a sandwich from order to deliver.
Didn't get the food, and they kept my money. No freaky fast. They took my money, made me wait through my whole 30 min lunch break, served the people behind me first. People were leaving because they couldn't wait any longer. I told the manager I couldn't wait and needed it refunded, got nothing.
Unbelievably slow. Waiting over an hour and still haven't gotten our food. We called to ask about our delivery and the response was "it'll get there when it gets there" and "we've been moving away from 'freaky fast'" Yeah, no kidding. There are other Jimmy John's in the cities that still deliver quickly but this EP location is not worth the risk
