I don’t usually leave bad reviews, so this is kinda awkward. I came into this Jimmy John’s this morning and honestly, the food was fine. The sandwich was solid, service was quick, and for the most part the workers were great. One thing kinda threw me off though. While I was ordering, a worker had a weird smell that was pretty strong and distracted me from enjoying my meal. Fast service. Mostly clean. Food is very good and well wrapped. Unfortunately Jimmy John’s is expensive but that’s more of a company issue rather than the restaurant. Friendly service. PS I am related to the great reviewer and influencer John A.
Freaky slow!! And no American cheese.
I don’t like giving bad reviews. We’ve order delivery from here a few times. It’s never here at a reasonable time. To add to this, I managed a Jimmy John’s in college. If our store operated like this, we would have closed up. I know Jimmy sold out and doesn’t care anymore, but store owners should. Do better.
We’ve ordered from this JJ’s a few times in the last year and every time has been worse and worse. They make sandwiches wrong, forget sandwiches and this last time- they just (in their words) “straight up forgot to make our order”. No apologies, never. I live a few blocks from this one and it always takes forever to get it delivered. Tried writing in about it but they’re independently owned and the manager clearly doesn’t care that their business is being run poorly. 10/10 do not recommend.
